FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas men’s basketball guard Keyon Menifield and forward Denijay Harris will enter the transfer portal when it opens Monday, according to reports Friday. On3 first reported news of Menifield's intentions, and HawgBeat reported Harris' plans.

Menifield, who joined the Razorbacks from Washington, has two years of eligibility remaining.

He averaged 7.9 points and 2.1 rebounds this season. He averaged 10 points per game in his freshman season with the Huskies.

Menifield appeared in 14 games with four starts but missed the final eight games of the season. Menifield sustained a groin injury in the first half against Mississippi State and was listed as day-to-day after that.

He missed the SEC Tournament to work on academics, per a release from the program. Menifield started the season as a non-scholarship redshirt but was granted immediate eligibility in December.

Harris, who transferred from Southern Miss before this season, played a limited role for the Razorbacks. He appeared in 11 games and averaged 0.6 points and 0.8 rebounds. At Southern Miss, where he averaged 8.9 points and 5.7 rebounds last season.

Harris has exhausted his eligibility but could seek a waiver form the NCAA to be granted an additional year. He redshirted his true freshman season at Southwest Mississippi Community College due to injury, then redshirted his first season at Southern Miss due to another injury.

Menifield and Harris are the second and third Razorback to reportedly be entering the portal, joining Joseph Pinion.

Arkansas has five scholarship spots to work with.
